- Dash of “No need to be bitter” bitters
- Garnish with lemon peel or wheel
How to craft one serve
STEP 1
Fill a tall glass with ice to take the heat off of another season-ending loss.
STEP 2
Add 1 part smooth Jim Beam Black—aged 7 years— followed by 3 parts ginger ale (as sweet as the promise of a new draft pick). Finish with a dash of “No Need To Be Bitter” bitters (or your standard bitters) to really help open up those oak and caramel flavors that overpower the taste of defeat. Just in time for next season.
