0.75 pineapple juice
0.75 raspberry syrup
0.5 peach liqueur
0.5 lemon juice

HOW TO CRAFT ONE SERVE

Step 1

Prepare Raspberry Syrup: You can prepare raspberry syrup by simmering equal parts of raspberries and sugar with water until the sugar dissolves, then straining out the solids.

Step 2

Combine ingredients. In a cocktail shaker, combine 1 & 1/2 parts Jim Beam bourbon, 3/4 part pineapple juice, 3/4 part raspberry syrup, 1/2 part peach liqueur and 1/2 part lemon juice.

Step 3

Shake: Shake the mixture vigorously with ice to chill the ingredients and combine them well.

Step 4

Strain: Strain the shaken mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
