Tours will not be offered initially, but we are reviewing safe ways to provide an experience in the near future. Project reUnion construction is also underway in the distillery so when we do welcome consumers back, we’ll have exciting new experiences to share.
At this time our plan is to only resume retail operations, tastings, cocktail bar at limited capacity under the new guidelines. Our primary focus is to limit access to the plant so they can focus on making bourbon and limit exposure from visitors.
Our distillery and other manufacturing operations will continue to operate as usual, and we expect no disruptions to production as a result of this decision.
We are asking for any trade visits to please contact Jason Betts, Manager of Industry Relations, or any visit that relates to coming to Clermont. Jason can customize your visit to fit your needs based on our offerings at this time. Jason can be reached at jason.betts@beamsuntory.com
While we don’t have an official re-opening date, we will review plans to reopen the smokehouse in the near future.
Masks and physical distancing will be required in order to visit the American Stillhouse. We’ve also added additional security to help enforce our new protocols for entering the visitor center. Waivers will be required for all tours and group activities, and health/safety protocols will be posted for all visitors. The waiver can be found here.
We will have them available for purchase should you not have one upon arrival.
We are adhering to all CDC and local government guidelines to ensure our guests’ visits are safe. Masks, physical distancing, and sanitation stations will be placed throughout the visitor’s center to ensure all safety measures are exceeding the general guidelines. We are also limiting the capacity in the American Stillhouse to 50% to further ensure safety measures.
At this time, most distillery special events have been postponed or cancelled. We will also be unveiling a new virtual series with Freddie in the coming weeks. We look forward to hosting on-site events at the distillery again soon. Stay tuned!
Rental space at the Wellhouse is closed for the time being. More communication will follow.
We will continue to monitor the situation closely and advise when we believe it’s appropriate to resume bookings.
