Jim Beam Double Oak is bourbon done twice as nice. First, we age it in freshly charred American White Oak barrels, then we give it a second round in another charred oak barrel. This double dose of oak gives our bourbon an extra kick of rich flavor, with bold, spicy oak and smooth, sweet caramel notes.

We take the liquid we extract from our barrels, blend it with extra-aged Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey and bottle it at 90 proof to create a premium bourbon with extra depth and complexity.
