It starts with our classic Jim Beam Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, aged again in a second charred oak barrel, resulting in a distinctly smooth double-barrel bourbon.

Something told us to take the bourbon-making process one step further — and we did. By aging our classic bourbon twice, first in freshly charred oak barrels and then again for added depth, we created Jim Beam Double Oak, a double-oak barrel whiskey that’s bold, rich, and layered with sweet, spicy character.
Every sip reflects over 225 years of craftsmanship and the unique environment of our Jim Beam distillery. It’s proof that innovation and heritage can coexist beautifully — and that sometimes, tradition deserves a second pass through the barrel.
