Jim Beam® Sauce
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1-1/2 cups ketchup
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons Jim Beam® Bourbon
1 teaspoon liquid smoke (optional)
2-1/2 tablespoons apple-cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
2 drops hot pepper sauce (more if you like it hot!)
Sauté onion and garlic in vegetable oil until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve on your favorite meat.
